What we collect
Two kinds of information reach BidStroke. Order information: the email address used at checkout and the intake facts a buyer supplies — company details, past performance, certifications, key personnel, pricing posture, and the posting reference. Correspondence: emails sent to or from the BidStroke mailbox.
This site sets no analytics or advertising trackers and uses no third-party scripts.
How it's used
Intake facts are used to produce the buyer's deliverable — that is their only use. They are not published, not sold, not used to market to anyone, and never appear in another buyer's document or in any Gazette page. Gazette pages are drawn from public postings alone and contain no buyer's facts.
Payment
Checkout runs on Stripe payment links. Card details go to Stripe and never touch BidStroke; we receive the confirmation and the checkout email address. Stripe's own privacy terms govern the payment itself.
Outreach — where your address came from
If BidStroke emailed you first, your business contact came from a public procurement record: an interested-vendors list, a planholder list, a public entity registration or certification directory, or a published award record. Every outreach message names the posting it concerns and carries a working opt-out.
Opting out
Reply "stop" to any message, or use the unsubscribe page. Suppression is permanent and applies across every brand this operator runs — a suppressed contact is never reached again under any identity, and the suppression record itself is retained so that promise can be kept.
Retention and deletion
Intake facts and working copies are kept as service records while relevant to the order, its revision round, and any dispute, then deleted on request to the mailbox below. Transaction records are kept as required for accounting and law. Suppression records are permanent by design.
Sharing
No personal information is sold or shared for marketing. Information moves only to the processors that make the service run — payment (Stripe), email, and hosting — and where the law requires it.
